We just got home from my Dad's house to see Santa ride by the house on a fire truck and stop so the kids could see him (Pictures will be posted next week once I catch my breath!) The kids are now snug in their beds, excitedly waiting for the morning to see all their gifts from Santa! I'm excited to pull them all out of the closet even though I just put them there last night after a couple hours of last minute shopping and all night wrapping (til 2am!) The kids have opened gifts from my aunt (Grandma), and even Aunt Amy brought gifts by for them to open...and as our Christmas Eve tradition continues, they opened 1 gift from us today. It's not even Christmas morning and our living room is already trashed with wrapping paper and toys! I think Daddy will have to clean up before Santa can bring the gifts in tonight.
I haven't been blogging much since I have been running around like a chicken with it's head cut off the past few days, and tomorrow is going to be the same, most of the day will be spent at my Dad's eating Christmas dinner after we open gifts from him. Here is our plan:
-Kids wake up
-Kids open gifts
-Mommy and Daddy open boxes of toys and put toys together
-Kids play with toys for awhile
-Mommy and Daddy try to clean up a little
-Everyone get dressed
-Go to PawPaws
-Open PawPaw gifts
-Play with PawPaw gifts while dinner finishes
-Eat Christmas dinner
-Come home
-Play some more
-Go to bed!
Yea, its hectic, especially since to get to our van we have to walk up to the road....down a little ways and to the other side of our driveway since the driveway still has snow over a majority of it.
I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays if you don't celebrate Christmas!
Bear With Me
I'm working and working on reviews and giveaways that need done. I have a lot of stuff going on at home with the kids' and their school with meetings. Please be patient and know that I'm not gone. Please keep checking back for new stuff!
